I have participated in multiple working experience programs, so while my experience in the working environment is still developing, I am a fast learner with strong academic foundations — including a First-Class Customer Service Certificate. I am highly knowledgeable in the field of IT, which is my favourite field of study. I am currently in my second year of college, studying M.I.S. (Management Information Systems) at the associate level.
